Richard Dolan wrote "UFO's and the National Security State" and has updated this with a second and hopefully a third book. UFOs and the National Security State, Richard's historical trilogy in-the-making, is widely considered the classic study for UFOs in the modern era. The second volume, released in 2009, analyzes the phenomenon during the last decades of the Cold War.
