McDonnell Douglas studied UFO's in the 1960's

According to Dr. Robert Wood, Retired Deputy Director of McDonnell Douglas, his company studied UFOs in the 1960s. This was part of an effort to understand future forms of space travel, before Lockheed! After suggesting they look into UFO's, he was appointed to head up a team to study the issue and come back with recommendations. After reading many books he came to the conclusion that UFO's were real, came from space and deserved study. As a result they undertook a study of the phenomenon to the point of interviewing abductees and contactees. Take a look at this very interesting interview.

UFO Sightings

Here is another documentary for your viewing pleasure, while you get educated on the UFO Phenomenon! I don't agree with the view that Mount Sinai was a UFO encounter. To say such a thing is ludicrous since the ancient Hebrews knew a lot about Angels and 'Shaidim' i.e. the greys and would not have been confused by them.  Don't forget they just came out of Egypt, which according to many researchers and also ancient Hebrew texts were very involved with the greys and other paranormal beings. I would say the same with regards Elijah and Ezekiel - although it's within the realm of possibility that the angels they encountered used ships that would be similar in appearance to UFO's In addition the Angels were extremely intimidating and people were extremely overwhelmed according to the ancient texts.

UFO's under Investigation

Supposedly funded by the Canadian government. This documentary tells the story of how governments came to investigate and then deny the ufo phenomenon. Canada has been one of the most open countries with regards to the UFO subject and the famous quote by W.B. Smith, prominent member of the Canadian  government  and UFO enthusiast, in a 1950 TOP SECRET memo said the matter of flying saucers was the most classified subject in the USA, even more than the H-bomb. Witness to a UFO crash and interview with Jesse Marcel

Here is a little watched amazing documentary from the History channel which has some of the legends of UFO investigation and lore:- New York Lawyer Peter Gersten who sued for documents from the US government, Ray Fowler UFO investigator, Col Robert Friend - who headed up project Blue Book and Major General Jesse Marcel who personally handled the material from the Roswell crash. Some of these interviews will 'Blow your mind' - if this isn't witness testimony that can be believed, I don't know if you could believe anything anyone tells you. This is a must see!

UFO Musical

I found this great little video with some pleasant music, interesting pics, clips and quotes by senior officials and scientists on the UFO subject. There are many such clips, but I found this to be interesting.

Interesting Video Footage in Texas 2008 and Jaime Maussan

Here is an interesting video as well as a request advert to send video footage to Jaime Maussan who is one of the best UFO researchers in Mexico and has a TV show that specializes in the subject. Jaime Maussan was the producer of the local version of 60 minutes but switched to documenting UFO's when he became interested in the subject. Although some of the videos and information he presents would only be believed by hard-core UFO enthusiasts, his contribution to the subject and some of the amazing footage he presents is worth looking at. He is very candid and open when presenting information, allowing the viewers to make up their own minds, and this tactic really allows him to share all sorts of interesting facts and information, without damaging his credibility. He has some of the best and most interesting evidence and living in Mexico which seems to currently be a hotbed of this activity, it's not surprising.

Here is another video by Jaime Maussan - please be skeptical but at the same time it should be noted that these images seem to be similar to the beings seen during abduction experiences and they may well be genuine. One of the most important things to remember when studying UFO's is to get an over all picture of the subject matter - remember there is a saying 'there is no smoke without fire' and increasingly, although there are hoaxes out there, there is some truth also - even if it's 5% or 2% of genuine information - by following the pattern of reports one can start to draw some conclusions. At a certain stage one becomes more adept at weening out the garbage!

UK Releases more UFO files

The MOD in the UK recently released some more UFO files. Here is an interesting report from ITN on this subject:-



I am a big supporter of the views of Nick Pope who has a really balanced view on the UFO phenomenon and his figure of 2%-3% of reports to be taken seriously is a good estimate. Some people are so keen to see a UFO that they misidentify various natural or other objects as UFO's If a person sees a light out in the sky - there could be many explanations that should take precedence to a UFO type explanation. Only once every other options has been exhausted can one suggest a UFO as being the source.

Investigating the Abduction Experience

The abduction experience is perhaps one the the most troubling aspects of the UFO phenomenon. Most people who say they have been abducted are often viewed as mentally unstable by society. Perhaps resulted from the many 'fringe' elements and 'loony bin' factor when UFOs became a 'cult' in the early 60's and 70's. There were many strange people interviewed on television who claimed to be "Contactees" and having the most amazing trips to Mars , Venus and the rest of the galaxy. They had these incredible stories and were clearly basking in the limelight of 'fame' as they were interviewed by radio stations and the like. They claimed that they were good friends of aliens from different planetary systems, had been aboard these crafts and marveled at their experiences. In fact there was even a taxi driver in the UK who claimed to be in direct contact with aliens and started a religion or cult. Watching videos of their 'prayer' sessions has one feeling a tinge of sadness for these poor people and also at the same time feeling entertained by this extremely amusing scene being portrayed. Fiction could not have been written better.

HOWEVER, when it comes to the real alien abduction and the people who would rather not talk about their experiences - we are in a completely different ballpark. This is a very serious and frightening experience and those who have experienced this phenomenon are clearly, on the whole, normal people having abnormal experiences. They suffer from PTSD - post traumatic stress disorder - similar to people being in conflict zones, and it is clear that something is happening to these people.

I believe that abduction experiences can be classed into those who have been taken out in the country during trips into uninhabited locations and those where people seem to be abducted from within their bedrooms in populated cities.

Those that happened in the country such as Benny and Barney Hill, Travis Walters and others seem to follow a similar pattern, of seeing an object and them being taken up into the craft would seem to be less worrying than the abductions from within populated cities. The sleep paralysis theory cannot be used for those abducted in the country, sometimes in front of multiple witnesses. Lets say for a moment that these beings are from another planet, of which I'm not convinced, or even lets say, from the sea, or from hidden locations in the earth - there are many undiscovered species being found even today - abducting someone in a remote location is essentially being done on their turf.

However, those being abducted from the secure environment of their homes in big populated cities, really is a much more severe threat. This means that they have access to people even in their secure environment - almost like a fifth column. What it means is that they most likely come from other dimensions, or act with stealth and are able in some cases to penetrate into 'enemy' territory. As such there seems to be a greater threat to humankind from this type of abduction.

Many people believe the aliens are not threatening and that contact should be made - they want the US government to open their files and reveal all. But what if the truth is very frightening?

Many have suggested the need to make 'contact' with these beings and make use of their 'wonderful' technology, but I believe that it is a bad idea. The ancient texts speak of the dangers of making contact with the 'occult' and this is no different. The bible clearly advises against initiating contact with these beings - and looking at ancient history in India and the like would seem to back up that idea. See the ancient battles mentioned in Indian texts and possible nuclear fallout from a weapon 'brighter than a thousand suns'. The Sumerian's were clearly in contact with these beings and the ancient Egyptians also. Humankind should be very careful in opening the 'doorway' to whatever is behind these experiences. Have a look at this very interesting video by Dr. David Jacobs on the abduction experience and some of the latest findings. I have one comment to make which perhaps has not been thought about by abduction researchers - perhaps these beings are unable to reproduce on their own - perhaps their existence is tied to the human race. UFO documentary 2008. "Britain's Closest Encounters"

The UK government has just released the latest in a set of UFO reports that have been declassified and are now available from the National Archive. In the spirit of the release, here is a great documentary by the BBC aired in 2008 about some of the most amazing UFO and strange encounters in the United Kingdom.

British UFO Mystery STILL UNSOLVED SINCE 1993

The most famous British UFO Mysteries that have not yet been solved! This is a great documentary with an interesting investigation into Britain's closest encounter on 31st March 1993 and we are not talking about Bentwaters! Although initial evidence pointed to the Russian Cosmos 2238, Nick Pope, in the ministry of defense, was in for a surprise and it was not the cause as intially thought beforehand.
